From the Harlow Star: 'NET Academy Trust have confirmed that they have been given the go-ahead to become academy sponsors of Longwood Primary & Nursery School in Paringdon Road, Latton Green Primary School in Riddings Lane and Abbotsweld Primary School in Partridge Road.
The paper said: 'Latton Green Primary School was deemed by Ofsted as requiring special measures in October last year with the quality of teaching being judged as “inadequate”.
Similarily to Latton Green and Longwood, in an Ofsted inspection in January this year, Abbotsweld was judged by the education watchdog as “requires improvement”.'
According to NET Academy Trust accounts it charges 5% of school budget share for its central services. The 2012/13 accounts show the multi-academy trust was charging central services to one other school.
