'West Herts Community Free Schools Trust plans to open a new school... but the building will not be ready until Easter next year.'
The paper said: '...project manager Susan Poole said... 'the reason we are paying what somebody is perceiving as a higher salary is because it is a different leadership model, which requires the deputy headteacher to operate at a more strategic level.'
