A spokesman for AET said: 'AET was asked by the DfE to ensure that our communications with MPs and other stakeholders were up to speed; taking on external support was the most cost effective way to do that.'
The firm Champollion was hired about six months ago, pre-dating AET's multi-million joint venture proposals.
I understand that the Academies Enterprise Trust have hired a public affairs firm. Anyone know who it is?
