From Gazette Live: http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/teesside-news/ingleby-manor-free-school-decision-6643259

Plans for the construction of the Ingleby Manor Free School and Sixth Form - initially rejected by Labour-run Stockton Council before being approved on appeal by Eric Pickles - will be considered by Stockton Council next week (agenda and documents).

The development includes 350 homes.

A total of 14 objections have been submitted against the plans with concerns including over-development, flooding risk, increased traffic and impact on wildlife.

Developers include:
Prism Planning
Jersey-based Tiviot Way Investments. (Section 106?)
