'The strike at the STEM 6 Academy in Islington (headteacher: John O'Shea) has been suspended following discussions between staff and management.
The website reported: 'Islington NUT rep Ken Muller told us that the school had agreed to recognise the union, suspending the strike and paving the way for further discussions about teachers’ contracts, which have come under fire for “unacceptable” conditions...'
